Staff Purchase Program

This website is exclusively for the Virgin Australia Buyback Program. Once an order is accepted and payment is confirmed, there are no returns or refunds. If you have any concerns, please contact the Virgin Australia Help Desk. Please note that no warranty is offered under this program.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. There is no physical shipment of products under this program. The purchaser is responsible for any personal data on the device. Greenbox reserves the right to cancel any order if the provided information is inaccurate or if the terms of the program are violated.

How to Place Your Order

  1. Click on “BUY BACK iPAD HERE.”
  2. On the next screen, enter the password provided by the Virgin Australia IT Team:
  3. Select “Add to Cart.”
  4. You will see the product added to your cart in the top right corner (shopping trolley icon).
  5. Click on the Shopping Cart.
  6. Select “Proceed to Checkout.”
  7. Enter all billing details.
  8. Double-check that you’ve entered the correct iPad serial number for the device you currently possess. Providing an incorrect serial number may result in order rejection or cancellation.
  9. Enter the Virgin Australia Work Email in the Virgin Australia Work Email field.

Additional Notes

  • This program is specific to Virgin Australia pilots and cannot be transferred to others.
  • There is no warranty offered on the devices purchased through this program.
  • Greenbox reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, especially if the terms of the program are not met.
